Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email. Let us know if you did not receive one!
Let us know as quickly as possible if you need to change your address. Once an order is ready to be shipped (within 1-2 Business days), you will not be able to change your address.
We only ship to the United States at this time. If we change this, you will be notified by email, or on our social media platforms.
Please review our Shipping Policy for the estimated production time of our products. We usually ship via FedEx to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner. However, we cannot control weather and other delays.
Make sure to check the text and not just the image when placing an order. For example, if you select a square Leather Coaster, and a photo of the round one shows in the cart, make sure it says, "Square Leather Coaster" underneath it. (We're working on correcting this!)
