What is the typical production time?
Due to COVID-19, production time for most products is delayed.

It means that you will be charged a certain rate for a product no matter what the specs are for your product.

Are there shipping discounts on bulk orders?

How do shipping costs work?
Shipping prices are calculated by our system automatically based on the customer's location and the shipping method you select at the time of placing the order. The shipping cost combined with the item cost is the total order cost we will charge you when you place your order with Ruby 8 Weaver.
Do you offer tracking for shipping?
Yes, we offer tracking for almost all of our products. Your tracking number will appear once your order has shipped and you will receive a shipment email notification.
What is your Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy?
All sales are final. Exchanges only.
All products are made to order. When a product received is the wrong size, or if there is damage, we will be happy to provide an exchange, as long as you contact email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. All products must be unused, and unworn for the exchange to be processed. Buyer is responsible for shipping. NO REFUNDS.

Here is the process of EXCHANGE:
1. Please email email@example.com to initiate the exchange process. Provide your name, order number, item to be returned and what you would like in exchange. Once approved by our team, send your return package to the following address. Once we receive your package we will ship your exchange item.

3. Journals can only be exchanged for the same product. Apparel can be exchanged only for a different size. Mugs may only be exchanged for the same size. Pillows may only be exchanged for the same size and design.
