How do shipping costs work?
Shipping prices are calculated by our system automatically based on the customer's location. The shipping cost combined with the item cost is the total order cost we will charge you when you place your order with RUBY8WEAVER.
Do you offer tracking for shipping?
Yes, we offer tracking. Your tracking number will appear once your order has shipped and you will receive a shipment email notification.
What is your Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy?
We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your shopping experience at RUBY8WEAVER.com. Because all products are custom, and made-to-order, all sales are final and we consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If there is damage to your order, or you received something defective or misprinted, please take photos and send to email@example.com within 14 days or receipt so we can make it right.
All products are made to order. When a product received is the wrong size, or if there is damage, we will be happy to provide an exchange, as long as you contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unused, and unworn for the exchange to be processed. Buyer is responsible for shipping, unless you received a defective item.
