Many of our products have Premium Tracked shipping. Most products are made and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs vary based on weight and shipping location. We work with known carriers; FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT.

Who pays VAT, GST, and other customs and duties fees?
In most cases, RUBY8WEAVER will pay for VAT and GST. *Please note: Free Shipping discounts only apply to U.S. orders.
Are there shipping discounts on bulk orders?
If you're placing a bulk order, we will work with you to give you the best price on shipping - please reach out to partner support (sales@ruby8weaver.com).
How do shipping costs work?
Shipping prices are calculated by our system automatically based on the customer's location. The shipping cost combined with the item cost is the total order cost we will charge you when you place your order with RUBY8WEAVER.
Do you offer tracking for shipping?
Yes, we offer tracking. Your tracking number will appear once your order has shipped and you will receive a shipment email notification.
What is your Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy?
We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your shopping experience at RUBY8WEAVER.com. Because all products are custom, and made-to-order, all sales are final and we consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If there is damage to your order, or you received something defective or misprinted, please take photos and send to sales@ruby8weaver.com within 14 days or receipt so we can make it right.
EXCHANGE Policy:
All products are made to order. When a product received is the wrong size, or if there is damage, we will be happy to provide an exchange, as long as you contact sales@ruby8weaver.com within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unused, and unworn for the exchange to be processed. Buyer is responsible for shipping, unless you received a defective item.

Please email sales@ruby8weaver.com to initiate the exchange process. Provide your name, order number, item to be returned and what you would like in exchange. Once approved by our team, we will send you further instructions.
